What is a Deluxe Item?
When our buyers scour the globe for good deals, sometimes they chance upon a deal for an item that is a little more upscale, but is too good to pass up. A Deluxe item will typically have more diamonds, more gold or larger gemstones. It is definitely an item to splurge on!

I am trying to check out and I get an FMF error. What is happening and how can I still buy my good deal?
An FMF error means that we were unable to authorize your credit or debit card. Please make sure that the address you provided exactly matches the address associated with your credit or debit card. If this error persists, select PayPal as your payment method since you will have the option of shipping your order to an alternate address. Please note that funds on your credit or debit card have been set aside for this transaction and may appear as a pending transaction on your statement. If you were unable to complete your order, the pending transaction will be removed or the funds will be returned to your account. We are not responsible for overdraft fees. Please note that if you did not get an order confirmation number or order confirmation email, your order did not go through.

Is Shadora safe?

Do you allow customers to place multiple orders?
Yes, you can place as many orders as you wish.

Do you charge sales tax on orders shipped outside of New York?
No. We don't charge any sales tax unless your product is shipped to an address in NY State.

How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
For security purposes, when using a credit card, we can only ship an item to an address that matches the billing address. Please checkout using the Paypal option if you'd like your order shipped to an address that is different from your billing address.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If your order has already been submitted, so has the shipping address, and it cannot be changed. Once your order has been approved by our secure systems, we do not manually update information to ensure and protect your credit safety.

What if I have moved and no longer live at the address on my account?
If the address you entered is not correct, don't panic...Just let us know your new address. Your item will be returned to us and we will reship it back out to the correct address.

How long will shipping take?
Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible often the day after it was ordered. Depending on USPS/UPS's delivery times, where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship, delivery time varies between 3-10 business days.

No. Our sincerest apologies to all of our Shadora brethren who live internationally, but at this time we only ship within the United States.

In what type of packaging is my item shipped in?
Every Shadora item is shipped in a gorgeous gift box. If you are giving this item to someone as a gift, there is no need to buy a gift box! If you are keeping the item for yourself, the box is a really pretty way to store your purchase.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We cannot imagine it ever happening, but if you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization Form and it can be downloaded by clicking here. You can also contact support@shadora.com to get an RMA Form. Please make sure your return is for Shadora as we cannot accept returns for 1SaleADay. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued less $1.99 for the first item, plus $0.99 for each additional item returned to cover the original shipping fees. Some items are shipped with UPS due to the size or price of the product. If your order was shipped with UPS, you will incur a 7% restocking fee instead. (Return policy update effective 8/17/2011)

How long does it take for a refund to show on my account?
Refunds generally show up within 5-7 business days, but can take up to 30 days.

Can I exchange my item?
Since we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to purchase will still be in stock by the time we receive your return, we advise that you immediately place your order for the item you want. We will handle the return separately.

Is there a restocking fee?
Orders that are over $100 and/or that are shipped with UPS will incur a 7% restocking fee.

How do I package my return?
Please send the item you are returning along with the RMA form in a bubble mailer. Please do not send it is a regular envelope as the jewelry will most likely fall out. Shadora is not responsible for items lost due to improper packaging.

My package was returned to Shadora. Help!
Any order that the post office returned to Shadora due to an insufficient or incorrect address, will be subject to our standard return policy. If you would like to have your package resent to you, you will need to place your order again on the website with the correct shipping address.

I bought a promotional item, and love it, but would like to return the other item/s on my order. What's your policy?
If you've bought a promotional item, and would like to return the other items on your order, you will be refunded for the other items, minus the regular, non promotional cost of the promotional item. I.E. If you got a bracelet for $0.05, that generally costs $8.99, $8.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Wear your jewelry to help prevent tarnish; wearing and handling will slow the oxidation process and keep your silver shiny and new looking. Over time oxidation reactions will occur, especially with sulfur and oxygen, causing silver to become tarnished. Jewelry should be put on after make-up, hair product and perfumes are put on.
Minimize scratches and tarnishing by storing your jewelry in cloth pouches, small plastic bags and in separate compartments in your jewelry box.
